Q. Can you advise me on which item is best for me?
A. Yes we can. We have trained staff who can advise on which products may be suitable for your budget, technical requirements and riding style. Please note any advice is just that, advice. The final decision must be yours. If there is any technical assistance you require that we can’t provide, then all manufacturers we deal with are happy for you to contact them as well.
Q. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I change my mind?
A. Yes as long as the item is not used and is with its original packaging you can return item within 14 days. Please fill in the returns form with item sent back. If you would like an exchange for another item then please fill in exchange form with item returned.
Q. I can’t find what I’m looking for. Do you have this……………….?
A. Contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you asap.
Q. What is total delivery cost of my order?
A. If you pop all orders into your shopping basket it should generate your total postage cost and it will also deduct any savings on postage.
Q. What countries do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to all of UK, most of Europe, USA and Canada. For any other countries please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For prices please refer to our delivery information and international delivery prices.
Q. How should a helmet fit?
A. This is a very difficult question to answer because all helmets fit individual people differently. We suggest all customers should have tried a range of helmets to gauge an idea which brand or model fits best. Helmets should fit fairly snug when they are first put on but they well “bed down” after a short while of wearing. There should be a general pressure all over but not in one specific place. If there is excess amount of pressure then that is the incorrect helmet for you. Best thing is to come see us instore or at an event local to you and we can do a helmet fit for you.
Q. My helmet does not fit properly, so can I return it?
A. As a general rule we do not accept returns on helmets, due to safety reasons, but if it is just a matter that helmet ordered has been tried new out of box and NOT USED then we can accept return, providing it is in the same pristine condition delivered to you**. If a helmet has been used at all, on the bike or otherwise then we cannot accept any returns on helmets.
Q. Do you have a shop where we can come try stuff on?
A. Yes we do. Our showroom address is 46 New John Street West, Birmingham, B19 3NB. Most products are always in stock but if you are after a particular item then please check stock with shop before travelling. Also there are some items which you may find on this site that are exclusively for the internet and are not available in store but we will endeavour to mark those items as WEB ONLY.
